Certain details presented as theories missed, but the meat of the narrative was accurate, which doesn\u2019t say much for how the cast and crew treated native Missoula, Mont., residents.<\/p>\n<div class=\"in-article-oop-container\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Yellowstone<\/em>\u00a0Season 5 closed on Sunday (Dec. 15), and the action included\u00a0an ending for virtually every character\u00a0on the show.<\/li>\n<li>Prior to the finale, news broke that Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser (Beth and Rip) would lead a spin-off.<\/li>\n<li>This article contains many spoilers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A comparison of details shared in\u00a0a Reddit post titled\u00a0\u201cA final \u2018eff\u2019 you to\u00a0<em>Yellowstone<\/em>\u00a0and its filming\u201d\u00a0and what actually happened follows. The angry\u00a0neighbor \u201cunloads\u201d after what\u2019s described as two years worth of mistreatment of him\/her, the spouse and friends that goes beyond production requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Crew members demanding people leave and\u00a0weaponizing the show\u2019s acclaim were two of the obnoxious things the Reddit user details. Cast members including Rip Wheeler\u2019s Cole Hauser didn\u2019t make a great impression.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho, by the way, I have met and is also a massive a\u2013hole in real life, so probably not a It happens at his neighborhood house, which our Reddit friend and several news outlets identified as being on Beckwith and Gerald Ave. in Missoula (one property\u00a0seems to match what we saw on television).<\/p>\n<p>Here are the important parts. We didn\u2019t respond to her characterization of the characters, just the events:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reddit User<\/strong>: \u201cBeth, Costner\u2019s delusional, insane daughter, is carried out on a stretcher and loaded into the ambulance.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\">\n<div class=\"stream-item-size\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Reality<\/strong>: Yes, this happened as described.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reddit<\/strong>: \u201cThey think she was shot. There had been some big fight scene they\u2019d filmed in the house the past few days between her, her brother \u2026 and her mass-murdering sociopath of a husband.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reality<\/strong>: She was not shot, but beaten badly, but yes, these were the three people involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reddit<\/strong>: \u201cJamie, the lawyer, is probably dead inside and who knows about Rip. I\u2019d like him dead too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reality<\/strong>: Jamie was killed, but Rip and Lloyd take the body to the train station. Surely this person was bummed to see Rip and Beth living their best life on a new ranch. Although their new home is 170 miles from Missoula, so there\u2019s that.<\/p>\n<p>While Jamie\u2019s death occurred during the day,\u00a0Beth isn\u2019t wheeled away on a gurney until nighttime, so that description proved to be spot on. After the scene aired, MysteriousGoalz shared in a separate thread that people associated with the show sent her angry DMs.<\/p>\n<p>Motivated readers can find deep Reddit threads and several blogs about the crew\u2019s treatment of native Montana residents.
