Rachael Ray shared an update on her health after a video of her appearing to slur her words went viral last month.<\/p>\n

In the debut episode of her podcast, \u201cI\u2019ll Sleep When I\u2019m Dead,\u201d the chef revealed she has been recovering from some injuries, which she attributed to household chores.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a homemaker. I love chores. I love being in the kitchen,\u201d Ray said on the podcast episode. \u201cI always work with my brain every day, I\u2019m always writing something, but I really like chores.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI like what people consider physical work,\u201d she continued. \u201cI like making dinner, planning dinners, making lists. I love physical labor, helping carry in the wood.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that she often finds herself competing with her husband John. \u201c\u2018How many pieces of wood did John carry? Can I carry more? I don\u2019t say that to John. I just say it to myself,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The 56-year-old added she had to put the physical labor on hold because during the last several weeks she had suffered \u201ca couple of bad falls.\u201d<\/p>\n

She did not go into detail how the falls happened or what kind of injuries she may have sustained.<\/p>\n

Fans first became concerned for the TV personality\u2019s health in early September after she shared a clip on Instagram that appeared to show a portion of her face drooping and her slurring her words.<\/p>\n

\u201cLook at her mouth. It looks like she may be recovering from a stroke,\u201d a worried fan wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cSounds tipsy to me. And she looks bloated. I hope she gets the help she needs or she will be another person dead from the awful disease of addiction,\u201d another wrote.<\/p>\n

Despite numerous comments showing both their concern and support for the Food Network star, Ray never addressed her fans until now.<\/p>\n
